Burkia Natural Oils is distributed by BE FAIRALL LTD. This website supports wholesale account applications and trade ordering.

Information we collect

We collect the account, business, contact, billing, delivery and optional company or VAT details needed to review wholesale customers and process orders. We also keep saved addresses, favourites, order history and account status.

How we use it

• Review and manage wholesale accounts.
• Prepare, save and process customer orders.
• Contact customers about availability, price, delivery and payment.
• Protect the service and prevent misuse.
• Send trade news only where optional consent was given.

Lawful basis

We process account and order information to take steps requested by trade customers, perform our business relationship, meet legal obligations and operate the service securely. Optional marketing uses consent.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers and business staff who need it to operate accounts, authentication, hosting, communications and deliveries. Supabase provides customer and administrator email/password authentication. Records are kept only as long as needed for account management, legal, tax and order obligations.

Your rights

UK customers may request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or deletion where applicable. An account deletion request can be started from My Account. Customers can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Security

Burkia does not store plain-text passwords. Supabase Auth securely hashes and verifies passwords. Access checks, secure HTTP-only session cookies, encrypted HTTPS connections, prepared database queries and restricted administrator controls protect customer information.
